These terms cover the public website at volts.live, in its English and Bulgarian versions. By using the site you accept them.
They do not cover the Volts application at cloud.volts.live, which you use under a separate customer agreement, and they do not cover the shop at shop.volts.live, which has its own terms of sale. Where a signed contract between us and your organisation says something different from this page, the contract wins.
The site exists so that you can learn what Volts does, ask for a demo, apply to the partner program or contact us. Use it for that.
Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site or the form endpoint, submit forms by automated means, or scrape the content for republication. Ordinary indexing by search engines is welcome.
The pages here describe the platform honestly, but they are marketing pages, not a specification and not an offer. Which capabilities apply to your buildings, and on what terms, is defined in a written proposal and contract after a site survey.
Savings figures on this site are a target range based on experience across the platform. They are not a promise for a specific building. What your buildings can save is established in a pilot, measured on your own meters.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or regulatory advice. Articles about regulation, such as the EPBD, summarise our understanding at the time of writing - check the current rules with your own adviser before acting on them.
The content of this site - text, images, product screenshots, the Volts name and logo - belongs to us or to our licensors. You may quote from it with attribution; you may not republish substantial parts of it or use our marks without written permission.
Client names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are used to identify those clients. They do not imply that those clients endorse anything beyond the work described.
Submitting a form here does not create a contract - it starts a conversation. How we handle the personal data you submit is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
The site links to services we run under their own terms (cloud.volts.live, docs.volts.live, shop.volts.live) and to third-party sites such as social networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions, and we are not liable for loss caused by relying on the site itself - as opposed to a signed contract - to the extent the law allows liability to be limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes that cannot be settled between us belong to the competent Bulgarian courts. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the country where you live remain unaffected.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. The version on this page applies from the day it is published.
