Give every stakeholder the report they need - without rebuilding it.

Build each decision view once from verified building data, then keep it current and deliver it on schedule to operations, finance, owners, tenants and auditors.

Volts management board combining live power, cost and emissions indicators in one stakeholder view.

Show each role the decision it owns.

Facility teams need live exceptions. Finance needs cost and allocation. Owners need variance and action. Build each view from the same source readings without forcing every stakeholder through the same dashboard.

  • Combine permitted KPIs, charts and status by site, group, meter or workflow.
  • Place live status beside the historical period needed for comparison.
  • Keep every displayed figure connected to its source and calculation.

Share the answer without sharing the whole platform.

Give a partner, tenant or lobby screen a purpose-built view instead of a full user account. Keep the exposed sites, metrics, expiry and ability to revoke the link under your control.

  • Limit each shared view to the approved locations and metrics.
  • Limit a shared view to the sites and metrics you select.
  • Revoke access at any time.

Build it once. Deliver it every period.

Schedule the owner pack, tenant breakdown or operating report from the same data used every day. Recipients get a current version without waiting for someone to export, paste and recheck the numbers.

  • Choose the sites, period, KPIs, charts and tables once.
  • Deliver the finished report to the people who need it.

Give the auditor the method behind the number.

Keep the baseline, source readings, calculation method and changes together. The report becomes the final expression of evidence maintained through the year - not a separate evidence hunt before the audit.

  • Freeze a baseline period and keep it with the readings behind it.
  • Report actual versus expected performance with the model fit and exclusions visible.
  • Retain baseline versions, approvers and changes.

Keep one source behind every published number.

Reports use the same authorised readings, tariffs, tenant records and action history as the operating workflow.

FAQ

Dashboards and reports with the controls made clear

Is a Volts dashboard different from any other dashboard?

Its value is the shared data trail: the reading behind a chart can also drive an alert, tenant charge, task or performance report, reducing the risk that separate teams act on different numbers.

Can someone view a dashboard without a Volts account?

Yes. A shared view exposes only the sites and metrics selected by an authorised user.

Who can receive scheduled reports?

Anyone you nominate. Recipients do not need broader platform access unless the report links to protected detail.

Do reports include cost or only consumption?

Cost is available where an approved tariff and calculation basis exist for the period. The report shows which tariff version priced the readings.

Can a tenant see only its own data?

Tenant views are scoped to that tenant and unit, so a recipient cannot browse another tenant’s meters, charges or documents.

What happens when a source reading is corrected?

Published figures do not change silently. A restatement is recorded as a restatement.

Which report formats can we export?

Reports can be exported for use outside the platform.

Is the ISO 50001 report audit-ready?

Final audit acceptance depends on the organisation’s scope, method and auditor - not on a software label alone.
